According to the university's Public Relations Office, this ceremony was held on Sunday, Ordibehesht 14, 1404 (corresponding to May 4, 2025).

The event opened with remarks from Dr. Mohsen Ghayeni, Vice President for Academic Affairs, who spoke about the selection process of outstanding students and commended the efforts of the high-achieving students and the Olympiad awardees.

Following the opening, the ceremony featured scholarly lectures from:

• Professor Ali Haeryan on International Talent Identification in a Changing World
• Dr. Amir Farid Aminian on Emerging Educational Technologies
• Dr. Hadi Kalani on Generative Learning, Entrepreneurship, and Skills-Based Education

During the event, 67 top-performing students from the first semester of the academic year 1403 and 7 selected participants from the first stage of the Olympiad were officially honored.
