The women’s track and field team of Sadjad University earned third place among 14 participating teams at Khorasan Razavi Universities and Higher Education Institutions Championship, held on Thursday, December 4, in celebration of Student Day at the 22 Bahman Track of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

The team—comprising Sarina Zare’, Fatemeh Ebrahimi, Mahnaz Mahjoobi, Sahar Jalali, Parisa Najafi, and Mobina Khakzad—participated under the coaching of Ms. Zaker.

Additionally, Ms. Parisa Najafi secured first place in both the 1500‑meter and 3000‑meter events. In line with these achievements, the Department of Physical Education and Extracurricular Activities is currently planning to send the team to the Region 9 National Qualifying Competitions.
