As part of efforts to develop multilateral cooperation and implement the broader policies of the Ministry of Energy and the Tavanir Company, an official cooperation agreement was signed for the holding of the fifth Energy Event among the Mashhad Electricity Distribution Company, Sadjad University, and Emvaj-e Bartar Monthly. The agreement aims to intelligently harness the country's scientific, research, media, and cultural capacities to promote correct consumption patterns and address challenges in the energy sector, creating an integrated space to help overcome the electricity supply-demand imbalance. Under this agreement, the Mashhad Electricity Distribution Company, as one of the event's strategic partners and supporters, stands alongside the scientific and media institutions running the event, helping pave the way for the participation of experts and the general public.

Amirreza Rajabi, Managing Director of the Mashhad Electricity Distribution Company, referring to the various dimensions of this cooperation, emphasized that ongoing interaction between the electricity industry, universities, and the media lays the groundwork for developing lasting solutions for consumption management and promoting a culture of correct energy use in society. He explained that managing electricity consumption under current conditions is not merely a technical and operational necessity but a broad social and cultural responsibility, one that cannot be genuinely achieved without the collaboration of scientific and academic institutions, the media, and, of course, public participation. According to the Managing Director of the Mashhad Electricity Distribution Company, holding the fifth edition of this event represents a valuable and tangible opportunity to identify innovative ideas, practical solutions, and intellectual capacities in the field of efficient electricity consumption, and the resulting partnership can help translate ideas and knowledge into operational and executive programs within the electricity industry.

According to the framework outlined in this agreement, the main focus of this edition of the event is on idea generation, education, and culture-building around electricity consumption within two key groups: commercial/office and residential subscribers. Describing this approach as strategic and purposeful, the Managing Director of the Mashhad Electricity Distribution Company stated that universities, as hubs of thought and innovation, and specialized media, as a bridge between experts and the professional community, play a highly important role in shaping culture and producing scientific solutions to overcome the challenge of electricity supply-demand imbalance. He added that this edition's particular focus on commercial and residential subscribers will have a direct impact on grid stability, reducing pressure during peak load periods, and improving energy efficiency. Following the formal signing of this agreement, the event's secretariat has begun joint planning with the company's experts to develop calls for proposals and direct ideas toward the real needs of the region's electricity industry.
