Organized by the Industrial Engineering Scientific Association, a specialized panel discussion titled “Future Crossroads” was held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 14:00 p.m. in the university’s main auditorium.

The event featured distinguished speakers, including Dr. Rezaei Nik, President of the University; Dr. Ahmadi Manesh, Head of the Industrial Engineering and Management Department; Mr. Entezami, faculty member at Sadjad University; Dr. Elham Shadkam, faculty member at Khayyam University; and Dr. Mohammadamin Javid, visiting professor at Sadjad University.

Throughout the session, the speakers addressed key topics such as entrepreneurship, continuing studies in master’s programs in management and related fields, and pursuing a master’s degree in industrial engineering as a direct pathway to the job market. They also engaged in an interactive Q &A session with students.
