The appreciation ceremony for distinguished students of the first semester of the academic year 2025–2026 was convened on Sunday, May 10, 2026, in the University's main assembly hall, with the attendance of university officials, senior administrators, and faculty members.
Dr. Rezaeinik, President of Sajjad University, delivered an address on the occasion of Teachers' Week and the Decade of Educational Excellence, highlighting the University's recent achievements and outlining its strategic approach toward the reinstatement of in-person instruction and other academic activities.
Dr. Ghaini, Vice President for Academic Affairs, subsequently presented an overview of the privileges and support measures introduced for distinguished students, along with a detailed explanation of the University's phased plan for transitioning to in-person delivery of courses — with particular emphasis on practical and skills-based subjects. The necessity of collaborative engagement between faculty and students in advancing educational quality and addressing existing challenges was also underscored.
In the second part of the ceremony, formal recognition was extended to 83 distinguished students of the first semester of the academic year 2025–2026, as well as to the qualifiers of the preliminary round of the 31st National Student Scientific Olympiad and outstanding international students.
