According to the public relations office of the university, this ceremony was organized on Sunday, May 4, 2025 in collaboration between the vice presidency of academic affairs and the public relations office.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Dr. Mohsen Ghayeni, the vice president of academic affairs, delivered remarks regarding the selection process of outstanding students and praised the efforts of both the distinguished students and the Olympiad qualifiers. Following this, Professor Ali Haerian presented a talk titled "International Talent Identification in a Changing World," Dr. Amir Farid Aminian spoke on "Modern Educational Technologies," and Dr. Hadi Kalani discussed "Generative Learning, Entrepreneurship, and Skills Orientation."

During this ceremony, 67 outstanding students of the first semester of 1403 and seven qualifiers from the first round of the Olympiad were honored.
