The closing ceremony of the Second National Conference on the Role of Universities and Higher Education Institutions was held on October 22, 2025 at the International Conference Hall of North University, with the presence of the Deputy Director-General of the Office of Non-Governmental Higher Education Institutions at the Ministry of Science, the President of North University, as well as presidents, vice presidents, and senior managers of higher education institutions.

During the ceremony, following a summary of the scientific and specialized discussions presented in the panels and expert sessions, the conference’s final statement was delivered. Appreciation was also extended to the professors, researchers, speakers, and the executive team for their contributions to the event.

In their concluding remarks, the speakers emphasized the vital role of non-governmental universities in transforming the national higher education system and highlighted the importance of continuing such academic events to strengthen engagement between universities and the broader scholarly community.
