The Sadjad University Board of Trustees meeting was held on Saturday, July 4, 2026 (13 Tir 1405), with all members attending both in person and virtually.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Sadan Zakaei (representative of the Minister of Science, Research and Technology), Dr. Mohammad Sadegh Barati (representative of the Governor of Khorasan Razavi Province), Dr. Khalil Mafinejad (Chairman of the Board of Trustees), Dr. Mohammad Molavi Kakhki, Dr. Hashem Oraee Mirzamani, Dr. Abdolreza Bagheri, Dr. Habib Rajabi-Mashhadi, Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohammadreza Mehrvarz, and Dr. Ebrahim Rezaeinik (President of the University and Secretary of the Board of Trustees).

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Mafinejad, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, expressed his appreciation for the efforts and guidance of Dr. Reza Lotfi, a former member of the Board, and introduced Dr. Abdolreza Bagheri as a new member of Sadjad University's Board of Trustees.

The meeting then proceeded to review proposals and agenda items related to the implementation of the University's strategic plan and the advancement of its goals and achievements; following discussion and the exchange of views, these were approved by the members of the Board of Trustees.
