Research Laboratory

The main purpose of providing research laboratories is to organize practical researches purposefully.
Each laboratory has been set up by experienced faculty of university.
Diligent undergraduate and master of science students work in different groups of this organization purposively.

The particular purposes of the laboratory can be classified as follows:

Research laboratory of applied systems

  • Supplying the needs of hardware and software for various departments and sadjad research center as well.
  •  Supporting and also updating active hardware and software systems
  •  Providing the dynamism of websites and portals of university in order to increase the local, global and also biometric rank
  •  Applying the potential of computer and programming students in terms of boosting systems.
  • Facilitating the development of systems, particularly ones needed for various departments.

Integrated circuit design laboratory

  • Supplying  the needs of hardware and software for various departments and sadjad research center as well.
  • Supporting and also updating active hardware and software systems
  • Providing the dynamism of websites and portals of university in order to increase the local, global and also biometric rank
  • Applying the potential of computer and programming students in terms of boosting systems.
  • Facilitating the development of systems, particularly ones needed for various departments.

Industrial engineering laboratory

  • Implementing Systematic projects based on statistical analysis and similar approaches such as structural equation.
  • Implementing statistical projects such as data analysis.
  • Implementing system optimization projects according to operational research methods, innovative and upper innovative.
  • Implementing economic feasibility studies
  • Implementing strategic and initiative  management projects  specifically for urban and municipal organizations.

Cryptographic and telecommunication laboratory

In this laboratory several activities are done, such as: implementation of Cryptographic protocols and algorithms, analysis  of Cryptographic algorithms, providing security of industrial protocols, computer threats identification, vulnerabilities detection, assist different organizations in security attacks occurrence, security assessment, performing permeability test on computer networks, providing computer network security and awareness, general and specialized education.

Internet of things laboratory

This field of study is considered to be one of the most important part of new technology, the future market  of electronic gadgets could be absolutely relevant to this area. It is anticipated by 2020 that more than 25 billion of various devices could be connected to notification networks through Internet of things. supplying relevant technical knowledge, design and development of knowledge base products according to the needs of industry, implementing ideas and new products are supposed to be the main purposes of this laboratory. two innovative ideas have been designed and implemented in this laboratory up to now. The process of commercialization and production are assigned to sadjad research center. These two products are solar power plant monitoring system (SAMANIR) and intelligent parking door control system. additional information is available at sadjad research center.

Advanced non destructive material  laboratory 

The purpose of implementing such an advanced  laboratory is to  provide engineering services such as: designing and construction of advanced inspection equipments and material quality control. Therefor a drastic action could be taken along resistance economy and the needs of industry. all aforementioned could be possible through knowledge management and trained and creative members. producing advanced non destructive equipments in Iran  leads to take a step toward self sufficiency. In this project we look for following aspects as well:

  • Supplying the needs of different industries in the process of inspection and quality control of manufactured elements.
  • Supplying the specialized needs of national science and research centers in terms of materials engineering.
  • Preventing from importing extravagant equipments without benefiting from  after sales services.
  • Providing employment for students of material and electrical engineering.  
  • Providing an effective communication between students and professors in order to respond the needs of industry.
