Sadjad University hosted a high-level meeting with the distinguished President of Gulf College and Gulf Hospital of Oman, accompanied by some senior administrators and faculty members.
On September 17, 2025, Dr. Abdawani, the esteemed President of Gulf College and Gulf Hospital of Oman, met with university officials, including Dr. Mafi-Nejad, Chairman of the Board of Trustees; Dr. Molavi, Chairman of the Founding Board; and Dr. Rezaei Nik, President of Sadjad University. Several vice presidents, directors, and faculty members were also in attendance.
The session opened with a presentation by Dr. Sabouri, Head of International Students, who outlined the university’s academic strengths and its potential for international collaboration. Dr. Abdawani then introduced the structure and activities of Gulf College in Oman. The two sides engaged in constructive discussions on prospective educational and research collaborations.
In the concluding segment, Dr. Pishghadam—newly appointed faculty member of the English Language Department at Sadjad University, former Vice President for Educational affairs at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Professor of Neurolinguistics in Language Education, and former affiliated member of the Department of Educational Psychology—presented strategic avenues for future cooperation. It was agreed that these initiatives would be pursued through designated representatives from both institutions.
With Dr. Pishghadam joining Sadjad University, strengthened international engagement and enhanced academic collaboration are anticipated, contributing to the university’s ongoing efforts to elevate the quality of education and research.
